UNOCCUPIED/VACANT STAGING SERVICES:
We can provide you with a same day quote and a free preview if you choose to move forward with our home staging services. Our staging inventory includes furniture, lighting, area rugs, bedding, window treatments, decor, & artwork.
We have a 4 - 5 room minimum with basic staging packages that range anywhere from $2,700 to $3,500 depending on the size of the home. This fee includes planning, organizing, packing, transportation, installation and pick-up, and the first month of furniture & decor rental. After the first month, just the rental fee is due at the beginning of each month. We do have a two month rental minimum, unless the property goes under contract in the first month - then the minimum is waved.

Hi! We're Laura Mahon & Dana Robinson, former marketing professionals turned house flippers and home stagers - both of us Connecticut natives. After many years of purchasing, renovating, and selling our own investment properties, we came to appreciate the value of professional home staging. We launched Laura Mahon Design & Home Staging in 2018 and have been professionally staging homes big and small across Connecticut and Southwestern Massachusetts for the past 8 years.
As our business has grown, we've come to specialize exclusively in unoccupied home staging projects.
